Sleep Disorders

Sleep Disorders are conditions where a person's quality of sleep is highly affected, whether that be from existing medical conditions or other mental health factors. Sleep depravation caused by sleep disorders can have adverse affects on daily life and make a person more prone to conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and other heart-related conditions.
