Gluten-Free Diet

In some cases, gluten free diets are required for people who suffer from gluten intolerance, where the body attacks its own cells as a response to the presence of gluten. This can make people think that they are losing out on their favourite foods, but this is not the case. There are a surprising number of foods that can be made without gluten, so that people are not so limited in what they can eat as they think. The resources provided here are aimed at showing people that eating gluten free doesn’t necessarily mean eating less, or eating worse, you can still enjoy food.

For more information and support regarding a gluten free diet, coeliac.org.uk informs people on what kind of foods and drink don't contain gluten to better manage coeliac disease, which causes gluten intolerance.
